Getting set up is simple. For new merchants, DCC can be added directly to your agreement with us. If you’re already with us, you’ll just need to sign a short annex to your contract. Once complete, we’ll enable DCC on your terminals.
In most cases, no. DCC works on our current PAX and Nexgo devices. If you’re an existing client using older hardware, we’ll let you know if a swap is needed and guide you through the process.

Your rebates are applied monthly. They’re clearly shown in your merchant portal and on your statement, offset against your transaction fees.
DCC transactions follow the same chargeback process as any other card payment. If a cardholder disputes a DCC sale, the chargeback will be processed in their home currency, and you’ll see the GBP equivalent on your statement. The amount may differ slightly due to exchange rate changes.
Your Merchant Portal and monthly statements will show DCC transactions and the rebates you’ve earned. Everything is transparent and easy to track.
